Purpose of a workshop:
• Planting seeds to grow a flourishing local community of classical educators
• Gathering people pursuing the same life
• Learning and growing in the classical tradition
• To help you find your neighbors, co-laborers pursuing knowledge, wisdom, and virtue
Workshops costs are charged to the attendees. Attendees will register through the CiRCE website for $57 per workshop day. There are no additional costs, beyond the registration costs, to host a workshop.
"Thank you so very much! Your training gave me a level of confidence with LTW that I did not have. "
What is a workshop:
A day of instruction and fellowship on the subject you choose from our list.
How does it work:
you decide a subject(s) for the day and find a location for the day
CiRCE posts it online
you send workshop information to your local network
everyone registers through the CiRCE site
we gather for a day of learning and fellowship
When are they held:
Any date we agree on, weekday or Saturday, with 4-6 weeks notice
Where will CiRCE go:
CiRCE workshops have been conducted from Alaska to Maine and from Texas to Germany. We’re willing to travel to Hawaii, West Virginia, Colombia, or wherever else you may be.
Who leads the workshops:
Graduates of our Apprenticeship program, certified by CiRCE as master teachers.
To request a workshop, choose from the subjects on the list; you may mix and match half days to suit the questions your group is asking. For example, you can host a half-day of the Lost Tools of Reading with a half day of LTW I or II.
For schools: if you’d like to host a day of teaching and learning in-house for the nurturing of your own group of teachers, we can supply presenters just for you. The private tuition structure is a little bit different, so please contact email@example.com for more information.
