MEALS & PAIDEIA PRIZE BANQUET
Please note that regular registration fees DO include the Friday evening Paideia Prize-giving Banquet AND lunches on Thursday and Friday. Pre-conference registration includes a light breakfast and lunch. If you are not attending the conference you can purchase a stand-alone banquet ticket for $75 via the drop down menu.
This one day event will be held at the Francis Marion Hotel on Wednesday, July 15. The theme and speakers will be announced this autumn once they are confirmed.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Refund requests received by January 1, 2020 will be honored in full, minus a $20 cancellation fee per person. Cancellations received between Janaury 1 and April 1, 2020 will receive a 50-percent refund, minus the cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted after May 1 unless your seat can be replaced by someone on the waiting list, in which case we will refund 50% of the registration. Please note that seats pre-ordered at the 2019 conference do NOT qualify for refunds.
Please allow 30 days for a refund to be processed, to allow us to find someone on the wait list to take the seat.
