REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations and refund requests must be made by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refund requests received by April 1st, 2018 will be honored in full, minus a $15 cancellation fee per person. Cancellations received between April 1 1st and May 15th, 2018 will receive a 50-percent refund, minus the cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted after May 15th unless your seat can be replaced by someone on the waiting list, in which case we will refund 75% of the registration.
