Westminster Academy is seeking an Admissions and Marketing Coordinator to support all aspects of the admission, recruitment, and re-enrollment processes, and will report directly to the Director of Admissions and Marketing. The coordinator will plan outward facing events for the recruitment of new families and students, increasing community awareness, and retention of current families. The ideal candidate will also assist in the external communications and marketing of the school by maintaining and updating website, blog, and social media, sending press releases, and working with advertising agency on creative and placement. Support of the admissions office includes management of all administrative details for applications, administering or scheduling all entrance assessments, and maintaining CRM and student databases. Requirements: Experience with social media (Hootsuite or Hubspot preferred), Wordpress, and InDesign; Highly IT literate and comfortable with a variety of programs; Familiar with and enthusiastic about classical Christian education Desired Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills; Excellent organizational skills and can successfully manage detailed logistics and program operations; Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills; Experience with software application databases, such as RenWeb or SchoolAdmin; Experience with email marketing tools, such as Mail Chimp or Constant Contact; Experience with inbound and marketing sales software, such as HubSpot; Experience with using and updating all social media platforms.
