The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in educational leadership, a Master’s degree in education or related field, and a thorough understanding of and commitment to the Classical Christian educational model. Strengths in development/planning, finance and budgeting are desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, experience with staff development, and the ability to develop ties to the community.
