• Spiritual Leadership: Conduct Chapel at Upper School including teaching classes such as Bible and Theology to upper school students. Foster an environment where faculty and students can experience transformational growth in Christ both personally, relationally, and academically. • Faculty Development: Recruit, retain, and develop Classical Christian faculty in the upper schools, this includes strategic forecasting for the school’s growth through 12th grade. Human resources management and budgeting. Foster environment of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, and gentleness. • Academic Development: Lead high school program growth through curriculum selection, class scheduling, and developing a whole student approach to graduation requirements. • School Growth: Promote to local community and engage potential students/families through community involvement and tours. Create an inclusive and family oriented atmosphere. • Discipline: Ensure all incidences of unacceptable behavior are dealt with in a sensitive, timely, and confidential manner. Resolve incidences of unacceptable behavior by means of education, counseling, and reconciliation. Use disciplinary action when required as provided by student handbook.
