The Institute for Catholic Liberal Education seeks an experienced educator to participate in ICLE’s work of forming teachers in a Catholic understanding and practice of classical liberal arts education. Reporting to our Director of School Services, this full-time position will involve travel (average two trips/month) to deliver on-site workshops and attend ICLE events, as well as ongoing consultation/webinars with schools. This new faculty member will be trained in ICLE’s teacher formation curriculum and will be asked to draw from his or her own knowledge and experience to create new presentations and materials. The job also will include ICLE internal projects, such as maintaining our relationships and services to our member schools and assisting with our events and programs. The ideal candidate would be a faith-filled, dynamic Catholic educator with significant experience teaching in K-8 classical liberal arts schools and experience in Catholic education. Experience in instructional coaching or mentoring is a plus.
