-Work with Principal in the selection, hiring, supervision and evaluation of teaching staff and support staff. Create work schedules as necessary. -Assist in the development of effective parental rapport with the school program. -Assist staff with the creation and alignment of classroom student behavioral expectations and classroom management plans and provide resources, as needed. -Assist in the planning, developing, and implementation of student behavior plans for the classroom and bus. -Openly communicate with staff and parents/guardians regarding student behavior and appropriate consequences.
