Terms of Service for CiRCE Institute Board
Retreats
Tuition and expenses
Board retreats
are available to one school at a time:
Your school
agrees to pay $2,500/retreat to the CiRCE Institute, due upon
completion of service.
You send a 10%
deposit to the CiRCE Institute to secure the selected dates.
Travel, room, and
board are paid for by the host school, any reimbursements to be
paid upon completion of service .
Transportation to
and from event and activity locations and for any needs that
arise for the speaker are provided by the host organization.
Tuition for one
day board retreats is $2000.
Tuition for
telephone consultations is $300/hour payable upon completion of
service. This fee can be reduced to $250/hour by E-mailing
questions ahead of time.
Travel arrangements:
CiRCE Institute
will be pleased to arrange travel by air when necessary.
If your CiRCE
Institute consultant drives to your location, the driver will be
reimbursed for 37 cents/mile (subject to change) through the
CiRCE Institute and for meals while driving up to $15.00 meal.
Please ensure that your consultant has accurate directions to
your facilities before he leaves home.
Your school
agrees to arrange:

Room and board for CiRCE consultants for the
duration of their stay on location
Ø
Transportation to and from the airport to the
consultants temporary residence
Ø
Transportation from the temporary residence to and
from all events and activities and for any needs that might
arise for your consultant
Ø
If you are unable to provide transportation, your
consultant can rent a car. In that case, rental fees will be
included in the reimbursable travel expenses.
Preparation
The CiRCE
Institute will send you Board Retreat materials before a
consultant comes to your location. You will be asked to print
the materials and to assemble them for each participant into
one-inch three-ring binders with windows and spines.
In addition, you
will be asked to complete the School Self-Assessment survey that
will arrive with the Board Retreat materials.
Your consultant
will bring printed covers and spines with him/her, as well as
support materials.
Please ensure that your seminar leader has white boards and
working markers, an overhead projector, and any other tools
he/she requests. |
